*Resolved* RefWorks – problems importing references

Importing references to RefWorks from databases (including CINAHL Plus, Medline, Embase and Web of Science etc) is not currently working.

The problem is also being experienced at other institutions and has been reported to the provider.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This problem has now been resolved. However, please be aware that importing references will be most successful if you have already logged into RefWorks before exporting results from a database (such as CINAHL Plus and Medline on EbscoHost, or Embase and Medline on OvidSP).

Having difficulties accessing an e-resource?  Try a different browser

If you've been having a problem accessing an e-resource (an e-book or database) it is worth trying to access it through an alternative browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) to see if that resolves the issue. If you do come across a browser specific issue, please contact us to let us know, and we'll notify the service provider.

If you come across an issue with accessing our resources that is not listed here, please contact to let us know, or report it to a Library member of staff if you are in the Library.
