Hunter and print books

How do I use Hunter to find books?

Using Hunter to search for print books

Step 1:  Go to www.huntersearch.sgul.ac.uk  and choose 'Library Catalogue' in the drop down menu.

Step 2:  Type in the relevant keyword or keywords into the search box and click the search button. You'll then see a list of relevant  resources.

Step 3:  Click on the 'Locations' tab. If it says 'Library Collection' this means the Library does hold copies of the book.  Click on the blue 'St George's Library' link to go to the Library Catalogue.

This opens up a page with details about the book. It will list how many copies of the book are available and how many are out on loan.

The 'Call number' is what you'll need to find the book on the shelves.
