Viewing an e-book

Viewing e-books is easy once you've found them in Hunter.

Step 1:  Visit or the Library Homepage - the Hunter search bar is in the middle of the page.
Choose 'Books and more' from the drop down menu and enter the relevant keywords into the search box. Click the magnifying glass:



Step 2:  You'll then see a list of resources that match your keywords:


Step 3: A 'Full text available' link beneath the record indicates that the books can be read online. Click on the link to view more detail about the book and for sign-in options.


Step 4: Scroll to the 'View Online' section. You'll be prompted to login using your SGUL username and password. NHS users should use their OpenAthens login details.
