Having difficulties accessing an e-resource?  Try a different browser

If you've been having a problem accessing an e-resource (an e-book or database) it is worth trying to access it through an alternative browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) to see if that resolves the issue. If you do come across a browser specific issue, please contact us to let us know, and we'll notify the service provider.
