The full text of Cochrane Reviews and Cochrane Protocols are freely available to read or to download. To read in full, click on a title. You will see the option to download a pdf version, or you can navigate between sections of the full text using the Contents menu
The records of trials in CENTRAL provide key bibliographic details such as author(s), source and year, etc., and often include an abstract. In some cases, there may also be a link to the source of the trial record (e.g. ClinicalTrials.gov) or a DOI link for a related publication. Full text records of trials are not included in the Cochrane Library.
Editorials in the Cochrane Library are published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews and are free to access in full online, or to download as a pdf. Editorials may be linked to Cochrane Reviews, or they may explore broader topics.
The content within Special Collections and Clinical Answers is freely available in full online.
