How to cite and reference e-books - Harvard referencing

You cite and reference an e-book in the same way that you cite and reference a physical book. Some e-book platforms give their own guidance on how to cite and reference their e-books, however their suggestions may not match St George's guidance. You should always follow the standard guidance from St George's.

Use the CTR search bar below to find out how to reference different sources. For example, type 'journal article' to see how to correctly reference a journal article.

Login with your university login at Cite them right online to guide you through the referencing process.

See our Harvard Referencing Guide for tips on how to reference common sources such as books, journals and websites.
