Zotero's bibliography creation tool rarely produces a correctly formatted list of citations. It is highly recommended that you manually review any bibliography created by Zotero or any automatic bibliography tool and ensure the results are correct and consistent. If you are in any doubt, consult the liaison team at liaison@sgul.ac.uk for assistance in referencing.

Zotero allows you to create bibliographies from saved citations in a range of common citation styles. There are two main methods to create a bibliography.
The first is to create a bibliography from a collection or subcollection. To do so, right-click on a collection and click "Create Bibliography from Collection".
To create a bibliography from specific items, CTRL+Click on multiple items, right click and select "Create Bibliography from Items".
A box will pop up where you can choose the desired citation style. For Harvard, select "Cite Them Right 12th edition - Harvard" - this is the version used at St. George's. For Vancouver, select "Vancouver".
Under "Output Mode", you can select if you want a list of in-text citations or a full bibliography. Under "Output Method", you can select the format you want the bibliography in. The example below shows a bibliography copied and pasted into Word using Zotero:
